To all, I am very sorry to hear of Richard's passing. He was loved, admired, and respected by myself, and those that knew him. His illness and subsequent passing came as a shock to me. I had always hoped to get to know my cousin better. I do know him to be an honest and caring man. I have always looked up to Richard. I will miss him dearly. I don't know what words of comfort I can offer. I can only say I share your loss. I pray that God eases you through this. If there is anything I can do to be of service please contact me. My love and my condolences, Ryan MacEwen Pruyn 615-557-5015

Please express my sympathy to his wife and children, also. And, please, Lorrie -- find comfort in the good memories you have of him. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you. To Kim, Sean, Hannah, Lorraine, and Kurt. Please accept our condolences for the tragic loss of your husband, father, son and brother. I had only known Richard from our acquaintance through Sean's hockey team, but I considered him a good friend and I was quite fond of him. When I first met Richard I knew right away that he was a good, honest person, a dedicated family man, and a hard worker. He was very kind and always willing to volunteer to help out with team duties at the hockey games. There are many reasons I will never forget him. Particularly, his gentle personality and the stories we shared about hunting and other outdoor sports stand out as I remember my friend. I will truly miss Richard, and send best wishes to all of you, from my family to yours. From Matthew and Becky Nasci, sons Matthew, Jacob, Andrew.

It has been our pleasure getting to know Richard over the past years as Justin and Sean have played hockey together. We will miss his smile and patience when our Ethan would ask him, at every game, "What's your name?" We will remember him as a sincere, kind and friendly man; whom we were honored to know. Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Take comfort in knowing he is now in a better place. With Love, The Eldred Family Mark, Sue, Justin, Wyatt, and Ethan
