Obituary of Rose M. Bruno
Rose M. Bruno, age 99, of Rome, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2022.
She was born May 6, 1922, in Rome, a daughter of the late Angelo and Louise Toffani Cataldi, and educated in Rome schools. She was married to Dominick Bruno; who died in 1981. She was a member of the Church of St. John the Baptist.
Rose loved being a homemaker, but also enjoyed making an occasional trip to the casino.
Rose is survived by her daughter, Mary Lou Tarbania of Rome; grandchildren, Amanda Woodward and Adam Tarbania and great grandchildren, Alex and Rosina. She was predeceased by two sisters, Lena Bush and Ann Acee, and a brother, Angelo Cataldi, Jr.
Funeral services will be private. Burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
There are no calling hours.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Barry Funeral Home, 807 W. Chestnut Street.
