Dear Gen & family... my sincere condolences on Chubby's passing. It was my fondest pleasure working with him at Prudential, and having him as a friend. He was a truly a gentleman. I have thought about him often over these past many years. May he rest in peace.

So sorry to hear of Chub’s passing. Over the years my sisters (Karen, Maureen, and Kelley) and I so much appreciated hearing about Chub and Jen’s kindness and friendship that they shared with our parents, Red and Carol Dolan. Thank you for the friendship that you shared with our mom and dad, particularly with mom after dad’s passing. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
Kind regards,
Colleen Henckel (Dolan)

So sorry to hear about Chubby’s passing. My father worked with Chubby at Prudential and was also part of the McDonald’s coffee group along with several of my uncles. They solved so many problems in that hour or so!! He was a great friend of the family. It was always a pleasure to see Chubby. A great man. Our sympathies to the family. May he rest in peace and I wouldn’t be surprised if the coffee group is reconvening.

Dearest Gen and Family,
I first met Chubby in 2000 when he was a courier for Rome Hospital. As we chatted, I found out he had worked for Pru just like my dad and they knew each other!! Well, we were buddies from then on! Gen, he loved to tease you about his harems but he only had one true love. I am so sorry to hear of his passing as he was truly part of the Rome Hospital family and I have missed seeing him since his retirement. Please know that my family are sending our deepest condolences and we are so blessed to have known him. God bless,
Julie Hawes Chrysler, Mary Hawes and Family

I had the honor of meeting Chubby several times over the years when he was visitng Robin, Bruce & family. The first time I met him, having heard I was a Marine, he shared a litany of jokes about the superiority of the Navy, and he laughed heartily with each and every one he told me. He had a wonderful smile, it was simply infectious. Sending our deepest condolences.
