Rest is peace to one of the Lord's sweetest angels.
May the family know how much she touched all the lives of her patients that she treated and the coworkers who had the pleasure of working with her.

Dear Toni, your a once in a lifetime sister❤️ Growing up together there are so many memories from the sibling rivalries, and getting in trouble together ( you more than me because you were older), taking me to get my drivers permit and being able to sit in the backseat at that time, dancing and taking turns requesting songs on the radio, drinking tea together, taking me to the palisades with John, being my matron of honor, shopping together , trick or treating with the kids, washing my hair after my surgery, the list goes on….. I prayed to God the list would continue . I am so very proud of you. You are an inspiration. I am honored to be your sister. I am so thankful to God for you and this family of ours. I will miss the most your infectious laughter and just knowing that you were there no matter what if I ever needed you for anything. Words can not even begin to describe the void….. I know you will be watching over John and the boys and their families and mom and dad , all of us. I love you Toni , always and forever ❤️

Toni, (heavens most beautiful angel)
Our lives changed when our children met and married, and we became one large family with absolutely beautiful babies to " Co- Nonni" together. We shared in holiday dinners, family birthdays and embraced the unity of both families as one. I seen Mila's eyes sparkle every time you walked in the room. I know how much your sons adored you and your husband loved you. I will miss you infinity & beyond but to see your and feel your love all I have to do is look into the eyes of your sons and your husband. All I have to do to find you is place my hand on my heart because you will always be there.
My promise to you always is to make sure your grandchildren are happy and they know how much you loved them. My promise to you is to make sure your husband takes care of your yorkies and that your boys are ok. I will miss you always Toni- until we meet again , fly high with those angels <3 I love you Toni

To my friend John and the Nagirney- Franco Family,
My condolences in the passing of your wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend many years ago. John we all went to school together and hung out from time to time. But I remember the time when the Franco family moved to NJ you were so heart broken and wanted to see Toni if I'm not forgetting I think you might of even proposed then, I am not sure, but this I knew you were in love and wanted to be with her. So we were talking and you suggested that we would drive to Fort Dix in Trenton NJ to see Toni. So we did you drove all night long. When we got there you spent a little time with her and then we came back to Lee Center. It was a great trip and worth all for you look what came out of that many years of marriage wonderful children and grand children and a fabulous career. I do think of you and have prayed for you many of times I miss you and our friendship we had many years ago. O' the laughes we had. Today is a sad day due to the mourning process, but you trust in the Lord Jesus Christ you lean on him and be strong in the power of his might. Toni's appointed day came as all of us have she was a beautiful women. John I'm praying for you my friend and your family may the LORD bless you and shine his face on you and keep you. Proverbs 3: 5-7. I'm sorry I can't be there with you due to prior commitments and the fact I live in Greenville SC, but I can pray, God Bless You.
Mr. Ward D. Gillett

Knew Tony when she stopped by the lab to pick up ARC donor blood and products, many years ago. She was a beautiful RN; quiet, reserved and with a sweet smile. Prayers and blessings. Take good care, as Tony would have it. most sincerely, Jane Stephan, retired MT.

I worked with Toni in the ER when I first started working at Rome Hospital. I was just an admitting clerk going to college for my Medical Records degree. She was a loving nurse and a joy to work with. A couple years later when I was working the evening shift in Medical Records I needed a nurse to give me an infertility shot that evening and I came down to the ER to see who was triaging in the ER. It was Toni, and she gladly said she would do it. I had no idea that we were the same age. I will always remember her as a dedicated and caring nurse as well as co worker.
