I used to work with GOGS at the Rome Mfg. so sorry to hear of him passing. I really enjoyed his funny sayings it broke up the day he was a devoted father because he would often speak of his children. I think his daughter worked there for a summer or am I mixing her up with someone else...Oh Well my sympathy goes out to his family Ray in Mass.

Greg was a unique individual, always showed a smile and cute gestures. He enjoyed many loves of life to include fishing, walking, fine food and wine and of course the race track. I came to know Greg back at Rome MFG on Mill St in Rome. Today we loose a wonderful man by those that knew him, and he certainly touched my life so many years ago, and he never knew that... Please accept my deepest condolences to his family. Rest in Peace my friend.

Deepest sympathy for the loss of your husband, father, grandfather, and father-in-law. His friendship with Joe's dad goes back decades, but when we moved "north", we first admired his walking ambition, then his love of family and good humor, and came to know him as the best broccoli-rabe finder ever! We enjoyed his and Dorothy's generosity in sharing their harvest, but Greg will live on forever in our memories each spring, as his "apprentice" tracks down the secret spots and remembers adventures he shared on those teaching trips each May. May good memories always fill your hearts, give you comfort, and bring a smile.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I worked with Greg for 13 years at Rome Manufacturing. Greg had a great sense of humor and love for family and friends. Again, please accept my condolences.
