I really looked up to John and I expect I still do. He was one of my greatest examples of how to live life. I'll never forget how he hugged me when my kids and I arrived at the Capitol to see The Nut Cracker. He looked so elegant in his suit and top hat, like he was the president or something. He always had a smile on his face and seemed happy to see us. What a good feeling that was. I will miss him dearly. RIP
