Louis J. Cosimeno, Jr., age 74, of Rome, passed away on April 23, 2017, at Albany Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Louie was born in Rome on September 21, 1942 to the late Louis Sr. and Antonetta Giambrone Cosimeno. He was educated in the Rome Schools. On June 12, 1965, he was united in marriage to the former Diane Barnes-Winter; a union of 52 years. Louie owned and operated L.C. General Trucking in Rome.
Louie was a workaholic and loved every minute of it. He always kept his truck spotless and would go to extremes to do so. He was also a very good eater. He always made his rounds to his friends' lunches and helped them save a few calories!

He was predeceased by two sisters and a brother in law, Vincetta Blood and Antonette and John Blaich.
