Hundreds of young children were blessed to have been cared for by the expertise that just flowed from Mary Martin. And many of those who saw her in action learned and learned well. I never had a conversation with her that did not leave me feeling much better informed. Mary and Gretchen were a fountain of knowledge and skill and compassion. Fran Rotunno Fish

Mary was a wonderful and dedicated nurse. I remember her from my student days at CIMH and as a OB staff member at the hospital. My Dad, Dr. JOhn Bertrand also spoke so well of her ove the years. So sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear about Mary's passing. Mary was a wonderful nurse and taught me so much in my early days as a resident physician . She later worked with us in our pediatric office and it was a pleasure and an honor to have her there. I am so thankful I knew Mary and am sorry To hear of her passing .

My sympathies to Gerry, Anne, John, Bruce, Randy, Gretchen and Judy, I'm so sorry. There won't be a Super Bowl, cruise, handcrafted sweatshirt that I won't fondly remember Mary. She came down to NJ many years for the Super Bowl, Anne & I cruised with she & Gretchen and I've always admired her handiwork. Gone too soon, prayers & love to all.

I worked with Mary and Gretchen ("The Girls") for many years on Peds. I no longer live in CNY but was shocked to read this. I extend my heartfelt sympathy and a hug. Em
