Roy and Mary McKinney posted a condolence

We spent many happy hours and Bob and Mary Ann's home when we lived in Rome, NY. We loved Bob's singing in worship and Mary Ann was my "big sister" in the Lord. She helped me when I had my first child in Rome! At that time she had Jim Bob as her only child, but later adopted more! Roy was laid off from a government contract job associated with Grifiss Air Force Base just after the Viet Nam war. Our daughter, Krista, played with Jim Bob over the three years we were there almost every day. After we moved to Chattanooga, which was our home originally, Mary Ann and Bob visited us. But we did not know when Bob died or Mary Ann because we lost contact over the years. I see that she died about a year ago, so this will be a tribute of the anniversary of her death. We know we will see them again someday! Those were wonderful years together.

Our thoughts and prayers are with your family as you say "see you later"! I've heard so much about Mrs. Gray but regrettably never got to meet her. Rejoicing with you in knowing that she served the Lord and others with all her might and that she will be with Him in eternity. Wishing you peace and comfort. God bless, Sherman, Rebecca, Phoenix and Tori
