It was probably 41 or 42 years ago when I first met Joe. I was a student employee at Rome Strip Steel and was assigned to work on #2 Slitter as Joe's helper. I look back on those times and remember how hard everyone worked together, the sweat of the summer heat, and the laughs. I'm glad Joe was a part of those times and memories. My condolences go out to all the family. I'm sure Joe will be missed by all. Dave Hinman
Uncle Joe was an amazing guy! He always made someone laugh everyday! He is truly going to be missed by many family and friends. We are going to have to take turns sitting in his spot under the tree just so we can keep up with him! Love and miss U!!
